I’ve reserved the pizza parlor’s banquet hall for the 6/12 meet (occurring on Saturday the 15th).

The location address is: 
Bronco Billy’s Pizza Palace,
3940 Smith St,
Union City, CA

It’s an old building(think late 1800s?) so it smells a little old, but the food is good and inexpensive. To be upfront about the location: It’s spacious, it offers a variety of food stuffs, IBC drinks as well as refrigerated bottled water, and a salad bar is available. The bathrooms are old, and small, featuring a scant two stalls, and it’s very narrow so try not to wear broad costumes like the Fancy dreamers.
Other than that it’s a lovely location, the service is wonderful and prompt, and an extra large can easily serve a group of 10 (crispy crust, lovely sauce. All in all one of the best pizzas in town)

• Anyone attending who wants pizza will have to contribute between $1 and $5.

The eating and indoor portion of the meet will be happen between 12 noon and 3pm, when our reservation on the space ends we’ll be moving to the park a short walk away for out-door games and photo-shoots We’ll be concluding the park meet at 6:30 pm to allow people time to get to the station on public transit.
You may show up and leave at any time.

• The event will be clean. 
• No drugs, no alcohol. 
• If you show up drunk or high you will be kicked out and banned from further meets run by myself.
• If you get drunk or high at the meet you will be kicked out and banned from further meets run by myself.

Minors are a thing in this fandom. Parents are encouraged to ask for contact information, ask questions, and speak to responsible parties. They’re also welcome to volunteer to chaperon the event or join their child and see what it’s all about.

All fandoms are welcome at the location. If you don’t know about Homestuck and you’re curious, come find out! Fandom bashing is not allowed and if you’re caught or reported you will be asked to leave promptly.

You’re allowed to wear horns and party hats if you  have them available but Do not paint as seal is easy to forget and it’s difficult to clean up after. Please wear sun screen. It’s an early summer and the weather has been good (I personally expect it to keep up through June.)

Please don’t bring weapons to the locations.

If you wish to play games you’re encouraged to bring them. The planners will be bringing the games they can.

Music may be brought to be loaded onto a laptop so long as it’s on a flash drive. Internet is not available at the location to my knowledge.

There is a location very close to the parlor that sells sodas and juice, so should the selection at Bronco Billy’s not be to your liking you’re encouraged to purchase your own.

Sweet treats may be brought and are encouraged.

Please remember to be on your best behavior. No overtly sexual acts (goofing around is all in good fun but lets’ try to make sure everything is safe and sane.), no drug or alcohol use during or prior to the event, keep the swearing to a minimum and please try not to wear something parents would object to(Damara cosplayers I’m looking at you.)

Public transportation is available and it’s the same time from West Oakland to Golden Gate Park as it is from West Oakland to Bronco Billy’s, and around the same cost.

Parking is available at the Pizza Parlor, but you have to park on the street if you’re just showing up for the park activities.

I would like you to RSVP. Names will be taken down at both locations coming and going so we make sure we didn’t lose anyone in transit and make sure we’re at or below the fire code at the parlor location.

Remember the Stuebnville Rape Case? Well, we certainly do as we have been following it from day one. The Anonymous member who gathered and released the social media evidence against the rapists could face up to 10 years in prison for doing so. The 2 rapists that were convicted only got 2 years each. That is bullshit.
